Beginner Strength Training For Cyclists

Bicycling's Fit Chick, Selene Yeager takes you through this simple eight-move workout to build strength on your bike. Listen to it at home, or download it to your iPod or MP3 and take it along to the gym. All you need to do it is a few dumbells and a mat or soft piece of carpet.

The bike is a great tool in my routine during my cutting cycles before a contest. Great post. Cool site! I have been researching high and low for some of the "best bodybuilding routines"? This post has helped me a great deal.
